Step by step

  1. Try one site first: click the icon left of the address bar › Cookies and site data (or Site settings) › Delete data for that site.
  2. Chrome/Edge full clear: press Ctrl + Shift + Delete. Choose a time range, tick Cookies and Cached images and files, leave Passwords unticked, and clear.
  3. Safari: Settings › Privacy › Manage Website Data for one site, or Safari › Clear History for everything.
  4. Firefox: Settings › Privacy & Security › Cookies and Site Data › Clear Data.
  5. Close and reopen the browser and try the site again.
